We’ve designed our policies to keep your stay smooth, comfortable, and worry‑free. These guidelines help us care for the property, support all guests equally, and ensure everyone enjoys the peaceful lakeside experience Sunrise Point at Cedar Creek Lake is known for.   • 2-night minimum (3-Night minimum for holidays).
  • Check-in at 3 pm. Check-out at 11 am.
  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
  • Minimum age 25 and sorry – no pets.
  • Adults Only – no children.
  • Cancellations require a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice from either party. Reservations canceled within 30 days of the arrival date will forfeit the rent, deposit, and housekeeping fees
