We’ve designed our policies to keep your stay smooth, comfortable, and worry‑free. These guidelines help us care for the property, support all guests equally, and ensure everyone enjoys the peaceful lakeside experience Sunrise Point at Cedar Creek Lake is known for. Thank you for taking a moment to look them over before your visit.
Do you have a minimum stay requirement?
We typically have a 2 night minimum. Holidays are a 3 night minimum.
What time is check-in?
Our check-in time begins at 3:00pm.
What time is check-out?
Our check-out time is 11:00am.
I have a friend that lives in the area. Can they come and visit me and hang out?
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we only allow registered guests on the property.
Are you pet friendly?
Our cottages are not set-up to be pet friendly, therefore, we do not allow pets.
What is the minimum age for booking a cottage?
All of our guests must me a minimum of 25 yrs old to book and stay at the property.
Do you allow children?
We are an adults-only property. No children are allowed.
What is your cancellation policy?
14 day notice is cancellation is required for all Book Direct reservations. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date forfeit the Rent, processing fees, and the $75 Housekeeping fee.
30 day notice cancellation is required for all reservations made by an Online Travel Agency (ie AirBnB). Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the Rent, Deposit and Housekeeping fees.
